Description

The ZONESUN ZS-XG440RS2 is an automatic servo capping machine with integrated cap elevator feeding, automatic cap placement, bottle separation, and dual-head servo tightening in one continuous capping system. Caps are automatically lifted from the hopper, fed, and placed onto bottle mouths before bottles enter the dual-head three-wheel tightening station for stable, consistent screw cap closure at 50–80 bottles/min.

The machine can operate independently or connect with compatible filling, sealing, labeling, and inspection equipment to form a complete packaging line. Cap diameter 30–85 mm (customizable).  Note: an external air compressor (0.5–0.7 MPa) is required and must be purchased separately.
