Description
The ZONESUN ZS-YG100D Automatic Dual-Head Vial Crimping Machine is designed for sealing aluminum-plastic flip-off caps on compatible vials. It integrates vial feeding, cap sorting and feeding, cap placement, star-wheel positioning, dual-head crimping, and finished vial collection.
With a working capacity of up to 40 vials/min, two crimping heads operate simultaneously for efficient sealing. The touchscreen control system allows easy parameter adjustment, while replaceable star wheels and customized tooling support different vial and cap sizes.

The ZS-YG100D is intended for compatible aluminum-plastic flip-off vial caps used with bottles or vials that can be handled reliably by the infeed system and star wheel.
Important: This is not a general screw-capping machine. Threaded caps, perfume collars, pump heads or other closure types require a different capping structure.

Can it crimp 13 mm or 20 mm flip-off caps?
Potentially yes, if the vial and closure are compatible with the machine design. Final tooling should be confirmed from actual cap dimensions or samples.
Can one vibratory bowl feed several cap sizes?
Usually the cap feeder is designed around a specific cap geometry. Different cap families may require separate tracks, bowls or change parts.
Does it include an air compressor?
No. A suitable compressed-air source is required and is normally prepared separately.
Can ZONESUN test my vial and cap before production?
Yes. For an automatic customized crimping system, sending actual vial and cap samples is strongly recommended before the final machine design is confirmed.
