Description

The ZONESUN ZS-LK61 is a roll-fed plastic vacuum forming machine designed for continuous production of food containers, industrial trays and other molded packaging products. The system converts plastic sheet rolls into finished products through automatic heating, forming, cooling, cutting and stacking.

Its vacuum forming station incorporates plug-assist technology to support deeper forming and more uniform sheet distribution. Production parameters, including temperature, vacuum and cycle duration, can be managed through the PLC touchscreen.

The machine processes plastic sheets from 0.2 to 1.5 mm thick and supports a maximum mold area of 560 × 610 mm. Its forming depth reaches 200 mm, making it suitable for both shallow packaging trays and deeper plastic containers.
