Description
The ZONESUN ZS-GWF24 Automatic Multi-Head Weighing & Clamshell Filling System is designed for weighing and packing small fruits and other free-flowing products into clamshells, trays and compatible boxes.
It integrates incline feeding, multi-head weighing, automatic tray feeding, filling, dual-lane conveying, lid closing and pressing into one continuous packaging process. Single-lane and double-lane configurations are available according to production requirements.

How the Packaging Process Works
- Products are elevated by the incline feeding conveyor.
- The multi-head weigher portions the product to the preset target weight.
- Stacked trays or clamshells are released and transferred into the filling position.
- Weighed portions are discharged into the packaging containers.
- Filled containers move through the dual-lane conveyor.
- Hinged lids are guided into position and pressed closed before downstream handling.
System Components
Incline Feeding Conveyor
Continuously lifts and transfers products to the multi-head weigher for automatic portioning and filling. Feed stability is important for consistent weighing performance.
Multi-Head Weighing System
Weighs products according to the preset target weight and distributes portions for consistent filling. Actual weighing accuracy depends on the product characteristics, target weight and sensor configuration.
Stacked Tray Loading & Feeding System
Holds stacked trays and releases them one by one onto the conveyor to maintain a continuous packaging flow.
Automatic Weighing Filling System
Transfers weighed portions into trays or containers for efficient and repeatable product filling.
Dual-Lane Conveyor System
Provides stable horizontal conveying of filled containers for continuous downstream packaging operations.
Automatic Lid Closing & Pressing System
Guide rails position hinged lids, while the pressing mechanism applies closing pressure for secure closure during continuous packaging.
