ZONESUN ZS-MD818 Automatic Checkweigher & Metal Detector with Reject System

Description

The ZONESUN ZS-MD818 / ZS-MD910K Automatic Checkweigher & Metal Detector combines dynamic weight inspection, inline metal detection and automatic rejection in one continuous system.

It supports products up to 3000 g, with weighing accuracy of approximately ±0.3–1 g and speeds up to 80 pcs/min. Non-conforming products are automatically removed by the push-rod reject system.

Two versions are available: ZS-MD818 with button-operated controls and ZS-MD910K with an LCD interface and data copy function. Both models use SUS304 stainless steel and are suitable for food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other production lines.

Metal Detector

Detects ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless-steel metal contaminants as products pass through the inspection tunnel.

Dynamic Weighing Conveyor

Measures product weight during continuous conveying and compares each product against the preset acceptable weight range.

Automatic Reject System

Automatically removes products that contain detected metal contaminants or fall outside the preset weight range, allowing qualified products to continue downstream.
