Description

The ZONESUN ZS-MSZH10 is an integrated vial carton packing system developed for reliable secondary packaging of fragile pharmaceutical vials. It automates carton erection, vial arrangement, product loading, leaflet placement, box closing and quality inspection.

For multi-vial packaging, an optional tray-handling module arranges the vials in a protective tray before loading them into the carton. This configuration helps maintain vial separation and provides additional protection during handling and transportation.

Vacuum gripping supports controlled vial transfer, while the integrated Keyence vision system and reject station help identify and remove nonconforming packages. The machine processes 20–60 cartons per minute, depending on the vial, tray and carton configuration.
