Monoblock

FORMING

The flat pieces are formed into cylindrical shapes, and the side seams are sealed.

BOTTOM SEALING

A separate piece of paper is cut and sealed to form the bottom of the cup. The machine applies heat to seal the body and bottom firmly.

INDEXING

Adopting a photoelectric detection system, the machine works automatically and will alarm when there is an abnormality and stop running.

CONTROL

The feeding of bottom paper is controlled by a servo motor, ensuring its stability.

CURLING
