ZONESUN ZS-XG440P Continuous Motion Automatic Bottle Cap Tightening Machine

Description

The ZONESUN ZS-XG440P continuous motion bottle capping machine uses two synchronized capping heads to tighten caps while bottles remain in motion. The capping heads track each bottle along the conveyor, complete the tightening process, and return to receive the next caps.

Automatic cap feeding and transfer reduce manual cap handling, while the integrated cap pickup and gripping system coordinates cap placement with bottle movement. This operating method reduces stop-and-go production and supports an output of approximately 30–55 bottles per minute.

The machine can operate independently or connect with filling, labeling, inspection, and other packaging equipment to form an automated bottling line.
