Description
This fully automatic capping machine is specifically designed for capping spray pump bottles. It features an elevator for lifting the pump, a vibratory bowl for sorting and feeding caps, and a guide mechanism for directing the pump to the main unit. A gripper grabs the pump while another gripper controls the position of the dip tube, allowing for smooth insertion into the bottle transported by the conveyor belt. The capping head then tightens the cap and the finished product is ejected. The lifting and lowering of the capping head and grippers are driven by servo motors, ensuring precise positioning and controllable torque.
