The ZONESUN ZS-AFC48 is a compact, fully automatic filling and capping machine engineered for precision filling and reliable sealing of small bottles. It integrates bottle feeding, servo-controlled magnetic gear pump filling, cap sorting and feeding, and servo-driven capping into a streamlined packaging system. The advanced servo system ensures high filling accuracy and consistent torque control during capping. Ideal for cosmetics and chemical production lines, can be customized to accommodate various bottle formats and meet diverse production requirements.
