DESCRIPTION
The ZONESUN ZS-FS60U is an automatic monodose strip filling and ultrasonic sealing machine designed for the cosmetics, skincare, and personal care industries. Running at 15–20 pieces per minute, it uses a ceramic pump for precise dosing in the range of 0.2–3 ml with an accuracy of ±0.05 ml.
The machine integrates tube feeding, filling, and ultrasonic sealing into one fully automated process — eliminating manual handling and ensuring hygienic, consistent unit-dose packaging for products such as serums, essences, eye drops, and skincare ampoules. Built with a PLC control panel and customizable feeding system, it delivers efficiency, accuracy, and GMP-compatible production.
