The ZONESUN ZS-PWM2 is a fully automated robotic pallet packaging system that integrates pallet dispensing, robotic palletizing, strapping, rotary arm wrapping, film cutting, and labeling into one continuous end-of-line workflow.
Operating at 20–40 pallets per hour, it supports both vertical and horizontal strapping, and offers a 250%–300% prestretch ratio for efficient film usage. With a robotic payload of up to 180 kg and flexible pallet size compatibility, it delivers high-efficiency, standardized, and labor-saving pallet packaging for logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and distribution centers.
