DESCRIPTION
This automatic filling machine is designed for efficiency and precision. Featuring four filling heads, each powered by a peristaltic pump and driven by a servo motor, it ensures accurate and consistent filling volumes. The filling heads are equipped with a pneumatic lifting mechanism, and a pneumatic anti-drip bar prevents leaks after filling. The user-friendly touch screen interface allows for easy operation and adjustments, making it ideal for various liquid filling applications.
Control Panel: The touch screen replaces a traditional button panel. Filling volume can be set directly, the customizable interface simplifies operation, and different languages can be customized as needed.
Peristaltic Pump: Filling material passes only through the hose, helping ensure packaging quality. The filling hose is also easy to replace for different liquids.
Electric Eye: The electric eye detects passing bottles and sends a signal to control automatic filling. Its position can be adjusted according to the bottle to improve accuracy.
Diving Nozzle: The diving nozzle fills liquid from the bottom of the bottle, helping prevent splashing and making it suitable for foamy liquids.
Chain Conveyor: The chain conveyor has a larger weight capacity and transports bottles smoothly and quickly. Its length and width can be customized according to production needs.
