Tube Loading
Automatically load the tube from the tube rack into the station, ensuring a fast and stable process. It simplifies the operateion, reduces manual intervention and improve efficiency.
Electric Eye
It can detect the presence of the tube and automatically align it. It adopts a servo-driven alignment mechanism to ensure precise positioning.
Filling Nozzle
To prevent material dripping, the filling nozzle adopts an insert-type design. The filling action is performed by a cylinder, and a pneumatic piston is used for precise volume filling with an accuracy of ±1%.
Sealing Structure
Ultrasonic welding technology is used for sealing, and the seal is firm. And the sealing end is beautiful , which enhances the overall product.
