10–500 ML PERISTALTIC PUMP FILLING MACHINE
Peristaltic pumps are suitable for filling essential oils, solvents, and similar liquids. This efficient desktop machine can fill up to 30–50 bottles per minute. The filling hoses are easy to replace.
APPLICATION
Drinking products such as water, beverages, and wine can be filled with this machine. The liquid does not pass through the pump body, helping maintain a clean production process. Corrosive liquids can also be filled by replacing the standard hose with a compatible fluororubber hose.
OPERATION PANEL
The panel displays detailed working data, making operating information easier to view. It supports convenient parameter adjustment and machine control, and its memory function can be used to set the production quantity.
FILLING NOZZLES
Each filling nozzle is controlled by an individual pump and can fill the same or different liquids at the same time. The filling speed of each nozzle can be adjusted separately. Six- and eight-nozzle configurations are also available; please contact us for customization.
ELECTRIC EYE
The electric eye detects passing bottles and sends a signal back to the system, helping the machine fill accurately without missing containers.
CONVEYOR
The conveyor transfers bottles through the filling process automatically, helping reduce operating errors and improve production efficiency.
PERISTALTIC PUMP
The liquid flows only through the hose and does not pass through the pump body, helping keep the liquid clean and maintain production quality. The filling hose is also easier to replace.
PRODUCT TRAY
The product tray helps collect finished containers, reduces the required working space, and saves labor. The product tray is sold separately.
BAROMETER
The barometer monitors the air pressure in real time, and the pressure can be adjusted as needed. An air compressor is required and sold separately.
