How It Works
Bottles are fed into the machine and indexed through three stations in sequence:
- Filling Station — dual peristaltic pumps dispense precise liquid volumes into each bottle
- Capping Station — inner caps and lids are sorted by vibratory bowls, then inserted and pressed using the cam indexing mechanism
- Sealing Station — bottles are sealed securely before exiting the production line
