The machine incorporates a high-performance rotor pump at the filling station, specifically designed for handling viscous creams. This ensures smooth and precise filling, reducing wastage and increasing productivity.
Equipped with a suction cup device, the machine efficiently picks up each lid from the vibrating bowl and accurately places it onto the corresponding bottle. This eliminates manual errors and guarantees precise lid placement every time.
The final station of the machine is dedicated to cap sealing. Powered by a servo motor, the machine tightly twists the cap onto the bottle, ensuring a secure and tamper-proof seal. This feature enhances product quality and customer satisfaction. PLC controls, user-friendly HMI. Air compressor required, sold separately.
