Automatic 4-Head Linear Weigher Premade Pouch Packaging Machine

The ZONESUN ZS-AFS04W integrates 4-head weighing, automatic pouch feeding, filling, heat sealing and finished-pouch discharge into one continuous packaging process.

Four independent vibratory feeding channels support accurate dosing of compatible dry products, with a weighing range of 2–500 g, specified accuracy of ±1.5%, and packaging speed of approximately 5–30 bags/min.

The machine supports compatible flat pouches, stand-up pouches and zipper pouches, with touchscreen control, vacuum dust collection and adjustable sealing parameters.

Suitable for seasoning powders, spices, dried herbs, granular seasonings and dry ingredient mixes. Optional inkjet coding and nitrogen flushing are available according to production requirements.
