Description

The ZONESUN ZS-AGD7 is an automatic 310 ml sealant and adhesive cartridge filling and capping machine providing an integrated packaging solution for high-viscosity sealants and adhesives in plastic cartridges. Empty cartridges are automatically loaded into the system and transferred to the servo-controlled quantitative filling station, where they are filled to volumes up to 310 ml.

After filling, caps are automatically fed and pressed into position before finished cartridges are collected. The machine operates at 40–60 pcs/min for continuous industrial production. Typical applications include silicone sealant, acrylic caulk, polyurethane sealant, structural adhesive, construction adhesive, and other compatible viscous materials packaged in Φ50 mm × 300 mm cartridges.
