Description
The ZONESUN ZS-CTL1 is a continuous air-cooling freezing tunnel designed for rapid chilling or surface freezing of products during conveyor transport. With a minimum temperature of -15 °C and a freezing time of 1-3 minutes, it stabilizes products quickly and consistently, improving production efficiency. Built with a durable 304 stainless steel structure, double-layer insulation, and high sealing performance, it minimizes cold loss and enhances energy efficiency. The customizable conveyor belt allows seamless integration with upstream and downstream equipment, making it suitable for automated production lines. Ideal for lotion bars, lip balms, solid deodorants, hair wax, and candles.
