Overview

The ZONESUN ZS-DJ400 is an automatic servo-driven chocolate depositing machine designed for precise and efficient production of chocolate drops, chips, buttons, and shaped products. With intelligent PLC control, servo motor drive, and quick-release hygienic design, it accurately deposits tempered chocolate onto conveyor belts or into molds at 10–25 cycles per minute.

Available in five belt widths from 400 mm to 1200 mm, the ZS-DJ400 series scales from medium to large-scale production and is ideal for chocolate and confectionery manufacturing lines requiring consistent drop size (3–25 mm) and weight (0.5–3 g).
