Description
The ZONESUN ZS-DPYT3000 / ZS-DPYT1500 is a single-head diaphragm pump liquid filling machine offering precision, efficiency, and versatility for small-scale production. Its anti-drip nozzle ensures clean, accurate fills, while the intelligent eye sensor streamlines operation. The ZS-DPYT1500 features a heat-resistant design allowing filling of liquids up to 100°C. Detachable inlet/outlet tubes make cleaning and maintenance simple. A microcomputer control system provides timing accuracy down to 0.1 second, making it ideal for water, beverages, sauces, juices, soybean milk, toner, and other low-viscosity, particle-free, non-foaming liquids.

With conveyor belt, it can convey bottles stably. It's with waterproof function, ensuring production cleanliness.The conveyor width and conveying speed can be adjusted as needed.
COLLECT TRAY
The collect tray is lengthened to hold more bottles, upgraded length up to 200mm
