The ZONESUN ZS-MY150 Automatic Card Feeder Machine is designed for separating, counting and feeding cards, labels, bags, leaflets and other compatible flat materials one piece at a time.

Its reverse-friction separation system helps reduce double feeding, while high-friction conveyor belts provide stable material transfer. The machine supports overlap detection, batch counting and adjustable feeding parameters through a PLC touchscreen.

With a feeding speed of up to 1000 pcs/min, depending on material size and characteristics, the compact desktop machine can operate independently or be integrated with coding, printing and labeling equipment.
