The ZONESUN ZS-VCM1000 is a fully automated brick bag vacuum packaging machine with top labeling functionality. It integrates weighing, bag forming, filling, vacuuming, sealing, and top labeling into one streamlined process. Designed for square bottom “brick-type” bags, it ensures neat shaping and professional presentation. With automatic weighing and PLC control, it delivers consistent quality, high efficiency, and minimal labor. Suitable for grains, seeds, powders, and other food or chemical products, it provides a multifunctional packaging solution. For powder materials such as coffee, milk powder, additives, and pesticide powders, it can be paired with a screw filling system for precise dosing.

Forming & Filling

Combines vertical filling with a precision mold system to automate filling and hexahedral shaping, ensuring each package has a uniform brick-like appearance.  

Shaping & Sealing

Uses a high-precision trimming system to remove excess film and create clean, consistent seals, giving each package a professional appearance.

Shaping Mechanism

Equipped with a circulating mold conveyor system, it automatically shapes flexible packaging into a neat hexahedral brick form, enhancing product shelf appeal.

Labeling Machine

Uses an automatic sensing system to apply labels precisely on bag tops, ensuring uniform placement and enhancing brand recognition.
