DESCRIPTION
This automatic capping machine is equipepd with 8 capping heads,bottles will be tightened with caps during transporting.It is equipped with cap feeding machine and cap vibrating machine,which can improve working speed,this machine can cap 9000 bottles per hour.It is good for beverage,cosmetic,and daily chemical industries.
CONTROL PANEL
Equipped with PLC touch screen control panel, it is easier to adjust working parameter in real time. Different kinds of operation language can be customized.
CAPPING HEADS
Equipped with 8 capping heads, bottle cap will be tightened during transporting. The upper limit detection photoelectric and lower limit detection photoelectric can prevent the lifting transmission mechanism from locking or disengaging.
PHOTOELECTRIC
Equipped with photoelectric detection components at the inlet and outlet of the conveyor belt, it can realize the stop function of no bottle and full bottles.
DETECTING STRUCTURE
Equipped with unqualified products detecting structure, this can separate the qualified products and unqualified products, it saves working labor and improves production quality.
