Streamline your packaging process with our high-performance CARTON FOLDING MACHINE, specifically designed for efficient and accurate folding of mailing cartons (airplane boxes). This machine automates the entire process, from feeding paperboard to delivering perfectly folded cartons ready for further processing.

CARTON REQUIREMENTS

Carton clearance should leave a 2–3 mm gap according to the carton thickness. The small page length should be less than half the carton width. The two carton indentations should be pressed to half the carton thickness. After folding, the buckle ears should extend beyond the bottom. Use cartons with a horizontal corrugation direction.

AUTOMATIC FORMING

The robotic arm automatically picks up the unfolded box and places it into the stamping and forming mechanism. The box is stamped and formed in one step, and the folding mechanism completes the page folding process.
