Description

Adopt pneumatic automation principle,this machine can roll foil paper automatically.Rolling distance and working height(Adjustable Height:1-150mm) are adjustable.It is with great pressure and can stamp accurately.It is the ideal choice for foil stamping and cold pressing.

Application

This machine can be used to make some decorations like printing your logo or custom initials on leather,wood,plastic or paper products like leather wallet,key rings,paper boxes etc.

ROTARY KNOB

Rotary knob is used to adjust working height. Operator can adjust this according to the thickness or the height of the material. The adjustable height is 1-150mm.

OPERATION PANEL

Simple operation panel makes the working data visual. Help the operator control the machine better. This machine is with jog working mode and automatic working mode. You can control the machine by pedal switch or hand.

AIR CYLINDER

Compared with manual stamping machine, this one is with an air cylinder, that means it can offer greater pressure, help to make the stamping effect better. The screw is designed for adjusting embossing depth. Go up for embossing deeper.

HEATING AREA

Heating area is 116×120mm. Customers need to use high temperature adhesive to attach mold to the machine. It is also with protective plate for safe operation.

SLIDABLE WORKBENCH

Slidable workbench can help customers stamp on suitable position and offer better product quality. The micro switch is used to control the machine if you choose jog working mode, help you adjust the machine slightly during working.

POWERFUL MOTOR

Powerful motor makes the pressure larger, helps the machine work stably. The larger pressure widens the application of this machine.

AIR BAROMETER

Air barometer is used to control air pressure well. This machine should work with air compressor, contact us to buy it separately.
