DESCRIPTION
The machine consists of several parts, including the bag holder with dual channels, the filling station, the sealing station with date coding effect, and the conveyor belt.
At the top of the machine, there is a bag holder with dual channels to hold the bags securely in place during the filling and sealing process. When the machine starts, the bags are dropped vertically into the filling station. The filling nozzle is then lowered into the bags, and the liquid product is dispensed into the bags.
Once the bags are filled, they are dropped to the sealing station, which includes a date coding effect to ensure that the bags are properly labeled with the date of manufacture. The sealing jaws use advanced heat sealing technology to securely seal the bags, preventing leaks or spills.
Finally, the bags are dropped onto the conveyor belt, where they are transported and collected for further processing and packaging.
