DESCRIPTION

The ZONESUN ZS-WCHJ1C Automatic Piston Pump Wax and Paste Filling Machine is designed for accurate filling of high-viscosity and temperature-sensitive products such as lip balm, hair wax, shoe wax, and solid perfume. Featuring water circulation heating, a jacketed material hopper, a heated filling nozzle, and a piston pump feeding system, it helps maintain material temperature and prevent wax solidification during filling. With a filling range of 5–150 mL, accuracy of ≤0.5%, and production speed of approximately 20–30 bottles/min, the machine supports continuous automated filling. Optional mixing, customizable filling heads, and a one-button cleaning function provide additional flexibility for different production requirements, and can be connected with capping machines, labeling machines and other packaging equipment.
