DESCRIPTION

This semi-automatic pneumatic capsule machine is designed for efficient bottleneck shrink wrapping of wine, champagne, and glass bottles. With its double-head heat shrink system, it ensures fast and uniform sealing of PVC or aluminum foil capsules.

Powered by compressed air, the machine uses a two-step process:
Pre-smoothing
Final smoothing

Shrink Tunnel: The machine has two shrink channels—one for the bottle top and one for the bottom—ensuring a tight and secure fit of the shrink wrap.

Adjustment Screw: The adjustment screw makes it easy to modify the depth of the shrink wrap, ensuring perfect shrinkage.
