Automatic Vial Rinsing, Filling & Capping Machine
The ZONESUN ZS-AFC39W integrates 10-head tracking vacuum air rinsing, 10-head peristaltic pump filling, automatic cap placement and 8-head rotary capping into one continuous bottling process.
Designed for compatible collagen drinks, liquid supplements, vitamin solutions and other small-volume liquids, the machine offers a listed production capacity of 7,000–8,000 bottles/hour.
The standard filling specification is 30 mL, with filling accuracy of ≤±1% and a listed capping qualification rate of ≥99.8%. Servo-controlled filling, magnetic torque capping, customized bottle guide starwheels and PLC touchscreen control support stable automatic production.
Bottle handling components can be customized according to the container and cap. Confirm liquid compatibility, tubing, bottle dimensions and cap structure before configuration.
