Description

The ZONESUN ZS-AFS07R Automatic Rotary Cup Filling and Sealing Machine is designed for packaging yogurt, sauces, juice, dips, dairy products, cosmetic creams, and other flowable materials in preformed cups. Its compact rotary system integrates automatic cup feeding, servo gear pump filling, film placement and detection, heat sealing, and finished-cup discharge.

Operating at 1200–1400 cups/hour, the machine supports a customizable filling range of 10–100 ml with ±1% accuracy. Anti-drip filling nozzles help maintain a clean production area, while the 50 L hopper can be equipped with optional heating and mixing functions for products with different characteristics.
