Description
The ZONESUN ZS-MCS4 is a decorative cosmetic cream swirl and pattern filling machine for products requiring visually distinctive two-color effects. It coordinates dual-material piston dispensing with rotating product holders and a lifting mechanism to create consistent spiral, layered, or other decorative filling patterns in compatible containers.
Two independent piston filling systems draw material from separate stainless steel hoppers, allowing different colors or compatible formulations to be dispensed in a controlled sequence. The machine supports two primary filling applications: dual-color spiral/pattern filling (using the dual-color spiral mold) and ball-decorating filling (using the granule ball mold with extra filling heads). It is suitable for compatible face creams, cosmetic gels, lip products, body creams, and other viscous personal care formulations capable of retaining a decorative shape after filling.
