Description
The ZONESUN ZS-MD50 is an automatic foil-seal inspection machine designed for high-speed production lines. Operating at up to 200 bottles per minute, it uses non-contact infrared thermal imaging to evaluate the sealing quality of induction-sealed or heat-sealed bottle caps. The system accurately detects missing foil, weak sealing, overheating, skewed caps, loose caps, and other sealing defects without touching the product. With its wide cap-size compatibility, high pass rate, and precise imaging accuracy, it provides reliable, efficient, and real-time quality control for cosmetics, food, beverage, and chemical packaging lines.

Touch Screen Control Panel
Displays thermal images, inspection results, alarms, and system status in real time.
Sensor
Detects bottle presence and triggers synchronized image capture to ensure accurate inspection timing.
Rejection System Interface
Controls rejection timing and signal output to ensure defective bottles are accurately removed based on infrared inspection results.
Infrared Thermal Imaging Camera
Scans the seal area without contact to detect temperature distribution and sealing quality.
Seal Defect Types
Determines seal integrity by analyzing heat distribution patterns in thermal images, identifying foil defects to assess whether the packaging is qualified or not.
