DESCRIPTION

Revolutionize your packaging process with our high-speed automatic box packaging machine. This efficient machine seamlessly integrates material loading, precise dispensing, hot melt glue sealing, and box ejection.  Operators simply feed materials onto the infeed conveyor.  A servo-motor driven pusher system accurately spaces materials onto a segmented conveyor before they're precisely placed into pre-positioned boxes via a suction cup mechanism. The machine then automatically folds box flaps, applies hot melt glue (from a 5L capacity glue tank), seals the box, and ejects the finished product.  Featuring a movable control panel and customizable design to fit your specific box dimensions, this machine boasts a remarkable output of 2400 boxes per hour.

CARTON FEEDING

Uses a suction-cup mechanism to pick up and position an empty carton on the track. After the carton is opened, a pusher feeds it precisely into the carton.

SIDE LOADING

A servo motor drives the pusher for precise and consistent product spacing on the conveyor. This supports vertical or horizontal product insertion into the carton.

SEALING

Automatically folds the carton flaps and seals them with hot-melt glue, creating a strong, secure, and tamper-evident seal.

CONFIGURATION OPTIONS

Includes an outfeed conveyor and movable control panel. A separate hot-melt glue applicator and air compressor are required and sold separately.
