Rinsing Valve & Pressure Control
Controls purified water, reclaimed water, and compressed air distribution for each rinsing step, ensuring stable pressure and accurate flushing.
Bottle Loading System
Feeds bottles into the washing section in a continuous, accurately aligned manner, ensuring stable positioning and smooth transfer before ultrasonic cleaning.
Pre-Rinsing System
Performs initial rinsing to remove loose particles and surface contaminants, ensuring bottles enter the ultrasonic cleaning stage in a cleaner, more stable condition.
Ultrasonic Cleaning & PW/WFI Rinsing Section
Removes particles and residues through ultrasonic cleaning and high-purity PW/WFI rinsing, ensuring bottles meet pharmaceutical-grade cleanliness.
Drying & Sterilizing Unit with Unloading & Inspection
Dries and sterilizes bottles after washing, then unloads and inspects them to ensure they meet cleanliness and quality requirements before entering downstream processes.
