Description

The ZONESUN ZS-UWB7 is a high-speed ultrasonic bottle washing and drying machine designed for 2–10 ml small bottles. Operating at 210–240 BPM, it integrates ultrasonic cleaning, compressed-air rinsing, and high-temperature drying into a continuous automated process. Equipped with a touchscreen control panel, rotary bottle feeding tray, ultrasonic cleaning system, and drying oven conveyor belt, the machine ensures efficient, hygienic, and stable bottle preparation for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and laboratory applications. Built with 304 stainless steel housing and 316L contact parts, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability.

Rotary Bottle Feeding Tray

Feeds bottles onto the rotary platform and transfers them into the auger track via a star-shaped pulley with a magnetic clutch for smooth, stable, and continuous bottle infeed.

Ultrasonic Cleaning System  

Uses ultrasonic cleaning and compressed-air rinsing to remove contaminants, then rotates the bottle 180° and transfers it to the outlet bucket for the next process.

Drying Oven Conveyor Belt

Transfers bottles through the heated drying chamber, ensuring uniform airflow and consistent drying as they move along the conveyor.
