Description
The ZONESUN ZS-YK5L is a laboratory-scale vacuum emulsifying and homogenizing mixer designed for precise mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, and homogenizing under vacuum or pressure conditions. Equipped with a double-glass jacketed tank, PTFE-scraping anchor mixer, high-speed homogenizer, and electric lifting system, it enables real-time observation, efficient heat exchange, and fine emulsification. This system simulates industrial-scale production in a controlled laboratory environment, making it ideal for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, adhesives, and polymer research.
Multifunctional Lid
Provides a sealed, multifunctional interface for pressure vacuum monitoring, temperature measurement, material feeding, and vacuum connection.
Double Glass Tank
Allows real-time observation of mixing, emulsification, and material changes, while the jacket enables precise temperature control through heating or cooling media.
Mixer & Homogenizer Mixer
