Online Vacuum Detector for Bottles & Cans

The ZONESUN ZS-ZK200 Online Vacuum Detector is designed for in-line inspection of compatible sealed glass bottles and tinplate cans. It uses non-contact acoustic detection to evaluate closure response and automatically reject containers that do not meet preset acceptance thresholds.

The machine supports detection speeds of up to 200 bottles/min with stated detection accuracy of ≥99.5%. A touchscreen allows operators to adjust inspection thresholds, while the detection head can be adjusted vertically and horizontally for different container formats.

Key Features

  • Non-contact acoustic vacuum detection

  • Up to 200 bottles/min

  • Detection accuracy ≥99.5%

  • Automatic reject system

  • Touchscreen threshold settings

  • Adjustable detection head

  • Suitable for compatible sealed bottles and cans

Compatible closure specifications should be confirmed before machine selection, especially for tinplate caps with a diameter of at least 30 mm.

Applications

  • Vacuum screening of compatible glass jars and bottles with tinplate caps.
  • In-line inspection of compatible vacuum-sealed three-piece tinplate cans.
  • Post-sealing quality-control stations requiring automatic rejection of failed containers.

Product Details

Touchscreen Control

Set acoustic inspection thresholds for the selected product format.

Non-Contact Inspection

Analyzes the closure's acoustic response without directly contacting the cap.

Adjustable Detection Head

Vertical and horizontal adjustment positions the head for the container format.

Automatic Rejection

Diverts containers classified as failing the configured inspection criteria.

Alarm Indication

A warning light indicates detection events to assist operator monitoring.

Key Features

  • Non-contact acoustic vacuum inspection

  • Automatic reject system for failed containers

  • Adjustable detection head for different bottle and can formats

  • Touchscreen threshold settings

  • Adjustable conveyor speed: 0–20 m/min

  • Designed for compatible tinplate closures

How It Works

  1. Adjust the conveyor and detection head for the container.

  2. Set inspection thresholds using qualified samples.

  3. Convey sealed containers through the acoustic detection area.

  4. Compare closure response with the preset criteria.

  5. Reject failed containers automatically.

Selection Guide

Provide the container and cap details, closure diameter, product, inspection temperature, vacuum criteria and line speed. Good and defective samples are recommended for testing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it create vacuum or seal containers?

No. It inspects containers after sealing. Vacuum creation and capping require separate equipment.

Is it a direct leak tester?

No. The machine evaluates acoustic closure response rather than directly measuring leak rate or internal pressure.

Can it inspect plastic caps or pouches?

The listed application is for compatible tinplate closures with a diameter of at least 30 mm.

What does ≥99.5% accuracy mean?

It is the listed detection accuracy. Actual performance depends on the package, defect type and inspection settings.

Does it verify food safety or shelf life?

No. It evaluates package vacuum condition only and does not verify sterilization, microbiological safety or shelf life.

What utilities are required?

AC 220 V, 50 Hz, 300 W, with compressed air at 0.5–0.8 MPa.
